Currently, I am a third-year student a at the University of Arizona for Creative Writing and Education (emphasis on Adolescent, Community, and Education). As well, I work as a professional tutor with emphasis in English, Spanish, and Math. I love working with students of all ages with any type of educational learning and support needed and am able to find creative and constructive ways for them to learn and understand material!

I'm so glad we chose Delaida! Our 11 year old needed some help with Math and a refresher on the subject before starting 6th grade and so we decided a one-on-one tutor would suit her best. Delaida was so organized and had my daughter do several Math questions on her own at first to figure out exactly what she struggled with the most. She was punctual and would always text me hours before the tutor session to confirm with us. My daughter felt comfortable with her and that helped her since Math already makes her a bit anxious. We appreciate all the help!
