About Deidra

I have taken care of my father for many years before him going into the nursing home for having Alzheimer's, I have also lived with my elderly mother for a year before she got into her nursing home. Because she had two strokes and a mild heart attack. So I enjoyed caring for them and making sure they took their medicine and bath, of course with the help of me . Most importantly, having patience and reminding them that they are important and loved. Being kind without judgment goes a long way. I enjoy walks movies, arts, and crafts. Just because people get old doesn't mean they're not allowed to have fun and enjoy the company of someone who wants to care for them. My heart is so big and all I want to do is help someone in need that way they won't be alone. I have no problem with being present for it all.
