Hello, I'm Dee. I have several years of caregiving experience and have worked long-term with two families through Care. com, where I built strong, trusting relationships. I'm currently a part-time nanny for a 7-year-old deaf and autistic boy and his 8-year-old sister, and I've been with their family for the past 8 months. I focus on creating a safe, structured, and engaging environment where kids feel supported and comfortable. I'm patient, attentive, and able to adapt to different needs and personalities.
