About Dee

If I could give Dee more than five stars, I would. Dee is currently caring for my mom, who has advanced Alzheimer’s disease and vascular dementia, and she has been an incredible blessing to our family. She has extensive knowledge and experience caring for people with dementia, and it shows in everything she does. She is kind, patient, dependable, and truly compassionate. No matter what kind of day my mom is having, Dee meets her with warmth, respect, and a calm, reassuring presence. She is attentive to every detail of my mom’s care, always making sure she is comfortable, clean, safe, and treated with dignity. She understands the unique challenges of dementia and knows how to redirect, reassure, and communicate in ways that keep my mom calm and comfortable. She encourages her independence whenever possible while knowing exactly when to step in and help. Just as importantly, she brings genuine companionship, conversation, and kindness that brighten my mom’s days. As a family, we have complete trust in Dee. Knowing my mom is in such capable and caring hands gives us tremendous peace of mind. She consistently goes above and beyond, and it is clear that she truly cares—not just about doing her job well, but about the people she is caring for. I would recommend Dee without hesitation to anyone looking for an exceptional caregiver, especially for someone living with Alzheimer’s disease or another form of dementia. Any family would be fortunate to have her.
