Debra spent 40 years as a Parent Advocate for Informed Parents a resource network for parents with special needs children in California. As a advocate parent Debra taught the ABC to the I. E. P process (Individual Educational Program). Debra is also a parent of a special need Adult with Cerebral Palsy. Education :Care giving Experience /CPR & AED/Child and Infant CPR-Certification / Medical Massage. AA Degree In Behavioral and Social Science. Other SKILLS Personal Assistant/Housekeeping/Cooking/Catering ( 30 years experience) In 1990 Debra created a 501c3 umbrella with United Cerebral Palsy in which she became a resource specialist and started Informed Parents a non-profit group of parent advocates.
