About Debra

I'm a reliable, caring, trustworthy empty nester looking for part time work with children. I'd describe my personality as compassionate, honest, and reliable. I like working with kids because my background is in education. I have a degree in Elementary Education and I was a teacher for several years. I started working with kids when I was 12. I did babysitting when I was young. I taught figure skating lessons to children. I taught in elementary schools for about 6 years and most recently I worked in the medical field for over 20 years. Also, I worked in a pediatric unit in a hospital in Minnesota where I am from. My skills include my ability to work well with others, being flexible and understanding, and excellent verbal skills. I have abilities to be creative and make caring for your child fun.
