About Kristy

I graduated from Ohio University with a degree in early childhood education I have worked in a childcare setting with infants up to 3 years old and have taught 2nd and 3rd graders for 8 years. After having my second son I chose to stay home with my boys until they were both in school. I spent a few years working as an assistant at their school with children with special needs. Working with children has always been a passion of mine. My favorite activities to do with children include: getting outside in nature, reading, playing games, coloring, and helping them grow and hit their milestones. I live in the Indian Land area close to Waxhaw and prefer to stay within 10 miles of my home. I'm open to working 2 to 5 days per week.
