American 63 Yr old/ very fit grandmother If you are looking for people trained to do exactly what the daycare workers and teachers have been doing, keep right on going. You will not want me. I have actually raised my 3 children and taught them myself, as well as 3 siblings we had hoped to adopt. I have 20 years of around the clock, on the job training in every kind of thing that happens. Real life experience. I will protect your child at all cost. I will guard their tender hearts and feelings. I know how to nurture their spirit and not crush it. I know when and how to potty train and make it fun, how to teach them to wonder and explore, how to think and to reason, and to enjoy life.
