About Livia

I recently moved to the Portland area from Boston. I grew up in Vermont, where I received my B. S. in Dietetics, Nutrition, and Food Sciences with a minor in Psychological Sciences from the University of Vermont. I have experience working in a NICU for 1. 5 years and have taken care of toddlers and young children on an as-needed basis since high school. I enjoy encouraging children to be creative and active and giving them an environment to learn! Some of my favorites are arts and crafts, baking/cooking, exploring the outdoors, and reading stories, but I am open to anything! In my free time, I love to read, be outdoors, cook, and spend time with my two cats! I am very outgoing, caring, silly, easygoing, and a hard worker. I believe it's crucial to build a relationship with the children and parents to establish trust and respect! Working for you, I will give you my all to ensure your children are safe and having fun!
