Deborah is very caring and gentle with our rambunctious kids ;) She helps tidy up after them but also teaches them they are capable of doing the same, all while making it fun and helping them feel accomplished. Sometimes as a a huge bonus she will make some of the most delicious baked goods (she honestly could open her own shop), it seems that everything she touches turns to gold. We love her.
