About Deborah

I am an experienced nanny and caregiver with over 10 years of paid experience working with families, in addition to raising three children of my own. I enjoy supporting families and creating a warm, safe, and positive environment where children feel comfortable and cared for. At this stage, I especially enjoy working with elementary school-aged children and helping with after-school routines such as school pickup, preparing snacks and dinners, assisting with evening routines, and helping children wind down at the end of the day. I bring a playful and creative energy while also being reliable, organized, and consistent-families often describe me as someone they can truly count on. I am currently looking for a position 15-20 hours per week and hope to find a family that feels like a good mutual fit. I value kindness, communication, and dependability, and my goal is always to help make family life run a little more smoothly while providing children with a caring and supportive presence.
