Greetings! Thank you for reviewing my bio. From 2016 to 2025, my experience includes working with three gentlemen and five ladies. The care provided is for those with dementia, senior citizens, and some requiring post-operative care. The needs are medication management, meal preparation, lunch and dinner outings, companionship, exercise, physical therapy supervision, and local errands in Charlotte and surrounding areas. I also assisted with transportation to doctor's appointments, family consultations, doctor consultations, and scheduling various appointments. IN ADDITION: Interviewing and hiring qualified caregivers and filling in on cases as needed for an in home care agency. I also supported clients and their families when needed during and after chemotherapy treatments.

Debora took care of my mother as if she were her own mother. I could tell she had a real love and appreciation for my Mom. She was available to help with last minute needs and was one of the few who could calm my mother when she became upset. She also brightened my Mom's day; helped her to feel loved and to have a purpose. She was incredibly supportive to me as well and helped me to deal with the grief and stress of long distance care. As my mother was in her last days, Debora came to the hospital to help my family and to say good-bye to my Mom.That speaks to the bond she had with us.
