She is punctual, dependable, and very knowledgeable about anatomy/physiology due to her previous work as an EMT. She is very capable of managing seniors - bathing, dressing, toileting, medication management, help with mobility, and attending doctors' appointments. Additionally she helped with meal prep, light housekeeping, and pet care. I highly recommend!
