Debbie is absolutely amazing. When we first interviewed for nannies, we spoke to 5 different caregivers, but didn't feel like we had a good fit for our family. After weeks of looking, Debbie reached out, and within the first few minutes of talking to her, we knew she would be perfect. After watching our two young boys (a now 5 year old and 2 year old) full-time for two years, that feeling still stands. Debbie shows up early everyday, she built out teaching curriculum for our boys, and is the perfect mix of being caring, patient, and stern when it matters. She has a welcoming, kind, and carefree approach and the boys talk about her constantly. She built a strong and supportive bond with our family and we will always appreciate her time with the boys.
