About Deavianna

Hi, I am currently a Masters of Speech-Pathology student at Purdue University. I have experience working with children within my program (e.g. Birth to Three Program and Pre-school aged group). I also have worked as a Cabin Counselor at Bradford Woods Outdoor Center for children with disabilities and disorders. Responsibilities I had as a cabin counselor was doing advanced care (g-tubes, feedings, etc.), transfers, worked with varied populations ( e. g Autism, Down-Syndrome, non-verbal, Riley patients, etc.). I have also had experience working with the geriatric population as a caregiver and in a Long-term care facility for residents with neurodegenerative diseases. Apart from that I have several hobbies that I sometimes wish I had more time for. I like reading, watching movies), roller skating, and spending time with friends and family.
