About Daylee

Hi! I'm a former teacher with a genuine passion for working with children. Teaching gave me years of hands-on experience helping kids learn, grow, and stay curious about the world -- and I've been around children in one way or another for most of my life. I'm also a mom of three, so I know how much energy, patience, and creativity it takes to care for kids well. My approach centers on reading and free play, which I believe are two of the most important building blocks for a child's development -- reading sparks imagination and language skills, while free play builds independence, problem-solving, and social skills.
