Hi! I'm Dayanna, and I have several years of experience working with children, including children with special needs. I currently work in a school setting providing behavioral support to young children with autism, and I also have experience providing in-home behavioral support. I've worked with children with autism, ADHD, ODD, and other behavioral and developmental needs. I'm patient, understanding, dependable, and comfortable helping children with communication, transitions, routines, emotional regulation, and everyday activities. I truly enjoy building relationships with the children I work with and creating a safe and supportive environment where they can feel comfortable being themselves. I understand that every child is different, so I'm always willing to learn their individual needs and follow the routines and strategies that work best for them and their family.
