About Dawn

Hi, my name is Dawn! I'm a dedicated caregiver and mom with 17 years of parenting experience and over 10 years in professional childcare, including time as a daycare director and assistant director. I'm CPR certified and have studied childhood development as part of my psychology major. I believe children deserve patient, consistent, and loving care in a calm, structured environment where they feel secure and valued. My goal is to create a space that encourages curiosity, kindness, and confidence while supporting each child's unique personality and needs. As a homeschooling mom, I usually provide care in my home, where our learning space is set up. My husband is currently working overseas, so my 9-year-old son is with me during the day. Because of that, I'm happy to welcome children into our home or provide care in your home if you're comfortable with him joining me.
