Hi! My name is Lucy, and I'm a college student passionate about working with children and teens, especially those with disabilities. I'm pursuing a career as an applied behavior analyst, with the goal of supporting individuals with autism or working in disability ministry. I have experience working at overnight camps for children and teens with disabilities, supporting campers with a wide range of needs. This has strengthened my patience, adaptability, and ability to provide both structured support and fun, engaging care. I've learned to build trust, manage routines, and create a safe, encouraging environment where every child feels valued. I've also served as an Assistant Director at a day camp for typically developing children, where I helped lead activities, support staff, and ensure a positive, organized experience.
