About Davis

This past summer I worked full time as operations and facilities intern for the Lynchburg Hillcats Minor League Baseball team. I was also the assistant concessions manager. There were always hundreds of children at every game that were under our supervision, in which we had to keep the environment safe at all times. There were many times I had to use first aid to clean up a cut or booboo! Summer 2009, I traveled to Costa Rica and led a service project for two middle and high school student groups. It was a 9 week program and I led them through the service project of building a library as well as excursions. It was my responsibility to keep the group safe and all students together. I managed about 10-15 students through the program (per group) and this pass summer about 20-30 students were under my supervision who worked in the concession stands.
