About David

Hi! I'm David, an experienced educator and tutor with over 10 years of experience working with students in educational and community-based settings. I provide tutoring and academic support for K-12 & college students in English, reading comprehension, writing, history, social studies, and general homework support, as well as math and science through 9th grade. I am also fluent in English and Spanish. I previously worked as a teacher at Lindamood-Bell Learning Processes, where I received training in sensory-cognitive instruction and spent years providing individualized support to students with diverse learning needs, including students with autism, ADHD, and other learning differences. This experience shaped my patient, flexible, and individualized approach to tutoring. My goal is to create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, working through challenges, and building confidence.
