Recently retired from a career primarily in communications/computer sales. When visiting a relative many years ago in a senior center, I realized that I enjoyed engaging in conversations with seniors and hearing about their backgrounds, interests, families, work, careers, hobbies, etc. I believe that I am good listener and conversationalist and can use these tools while assisting seniors both with tasks and emotional bonding/support. I am interested in seeing if the prior interests I mentioned above may be a passion that would benefit others and myself.
