About David

Hi, I'm David, CNA from Bloomington. I have 8+ years experience in elderly care and really enjoy it. My most recent long term job was for an elderly couple in Bloomington where I took care of everything from their ADLs and cares to calling their doctors and nurses about issues, keeping their schedules updated, driving them to their appointments, medication management, helping with therapies- PT & OT. My job before that was doing much the same for another elderly couple in Edina, one of which had dementia/Alzheimer's which I have a good deal of experience with. I also have 2+ yrs experience in the TCU at MN Masonic Home. I learned a lot there working with all sorts of people with different ailments, a great place to build my skills. I see my job as a mixture of caregiver & personal assistant (plus- driver, cook, housekeeper, friend:) and whatever else I can help with!) I aim to provide as much value as one could in my role- not much that I wouldn't do. Hope to hear from you soon!:)
