In 2021, I was inspired to start a business in home health care after the passing of my grandmother who had Alzheimer's disease. I have extensive expertise with caring for patients with Alzheimer's , Dementia and Special Needs Other skills include but are not limited to; wound care, diabetes, trach care, physical therapy, vitals, blood sugar monitoring , Gtube feeding , catheter care and comfort massages. Responsive, proactive, responsible, and caring! Darra helped my dad once he returned home after his stay in a rehab facility post spine surgery. During her time, she helped my dad with bathing, getting dressed, and movement assistance. She also cleaned and cooked (which wasn’t anything we asked her to do) while also offering companionship and kept my dad engaged throughout the day. I also really appreciated how communicative Darra was before and after days with my dad so we were always on the same page. Would highly recommend Darra!
