Employed hundreds of care givers, interviewing, screening, hiring, training, quality assurance, and thousands of direct contact care hours. Extensive exp. in caring for adults (elderly population, physical disabilities, developmental disabilities, duel diagnosis mild- severe mental health disorders). The State told me my company was always in the top 5% state-wide in care audits, and I was always very proud of that. I find caregiving very meaningful work that I love to do!
