Hello, My name is Amanda. I enjoy caring for Seniors and have experience with Alzheimer's and dementia. I can assist with all ADLs (total care), meal prep and feeding, light housekeeping, and overall companionship. I am available for weekends and some evenings from 6 p.m. - 10 p.m. A little more about me; I have worked in long-term care centers and found myself drawn to Seniors, especially those with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia. I tend to be on the quiet side, and this allows me to be more observant of my client's needs and any changes in health status. This is not to say I do not interact with them, as I very much do. Also, due to being employed in the healthcare industry, I have had State and Federal background checks, as well as state checks on the Ohio abuse registry.

Amanda helped take care of me during a total knee replacement. She was always on time, provided welcome encouragement & was wonderful at covering extra shifts when needed. She was with me over Thanksgiving & Christmas & she willingly agreed to help wherever she could. She even played with my grandchildren when they came to visit! She fell in love with my golden retriever (& he with her) so dogs are no problem. I always felt safe & in good hands. I would hire her again for sure.
