About Darlande

Hello! My name is Darlande, and I provide tutoring and academic support for children in a positive and structured environment. I am a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and currently studying to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), which gives me strong skills in helping children learn, focus, and build confidence. I specialize in supporting children who may need extra guidance with attention, behavior, or learning routines. I use patient teaching methods, encouragement, and structured activities to help students understand concepts and stay motivated. My goal is not only to help children improve academically but also to help them develop independence, confidence, and positive learning habits.
