About Neissa

I began tutoring in high school while I managed AP, IB, and dual enrollment coursework while working. This gave me insight into academic pressure and the importance of structure. In university, I earned a B. S. in Public Health with a minor in French and completed dual honors. My tutoring continued through college, where I worked as an Academic Trainer at FSY. In that role, I learned to supported students holistically by examining learning environment, resources, internal processes, and other factors to academic performance. Today, I tutor online and in person using my training. I first identify where a student stands academically, then consider how they learn. Many students struggle not because they lack understanding, but because they feel overwhelmed or unsure where to turn. When those barriers are addressed, progress follows. My goal is to help students regain clarity, confidence, and trust in their own thinking, skills that extend beyond a single class.
