My name is Darla and I am a 24 year student. I graduated from San Jose State with my BA in Political Science in 2023. Currently, I am part of the Paralegal Program at UCLA. I do school Monday-Friday until 12:30 p.m. and for the remainder of the day, and/or weekends I wish to help families with their child(ren) needs as a means to keep me afloat while in school. I am able to tutor in every school subject as well as create and engage in fun activities. I can also cook and aid in any light housekeeping. I love working with kids and have found I have just as much to learn from them as they do from me. I have worked as a language and teachers assistant at an elementary school in Glendale, Ca as well as been a summer camp counselor for special needs children in Pasadena, Ca. I grew up babysitting for the neighborhood children and feel comfortable with caring for up to 3 children at once.
