We interviewed Rachel for a nanny position for our 7 month old infant. She is a clear communicator, punctual, and has a wealth of experience with babies and older children. Our baby was fussy when she arrived but Rachel managed to charm her out of her bad mood - she has a great way with children, both calm and playful at the same time.
