About Dareisha

It's a joy for me to help adults and seniors live fulfilling and independent lives. My three years of experience have solidified my passion for making a positive impact through compassionate care. As a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aid, I provide transportation, run errands, do light housekeeping, and prepare meals. I am also trained in CPR. I understand the importance of creating a comfortable environment. I am patient, calm, friendly, and approachable. I'm experienced in de-escalating stressful situations, handling confusion, and incorporating memory care activities. I communicate with families through written daily reports, verbal updates, and regular text or phone calls. I believe in treating everyone with dignity and respect.
