Hi, I'm Darby! I've been working with kids aged 6 weeks to 12 years for over 10 years in both daycare settings and private nanny/babysitting roles. I recently graduated from UC San Diego with a degree in neurobiology, and for the past year and a half I've worked as a behavior therapist for neurodivergent children. I lam passionate about creating fun, safe, and supportive environments that encourage natural learning based on each child's unique personality and interests. I'm CPR, first aid, AED, and lifeguard certified, and I always aim to bring calm, care, and reliability to every family I work with. I would love to see if we would be a good fit!

We absolutely love Darby. As do our boys, especially our 18 month old who is slow to warm up to others. She's been the ideal at-home caretaker while I work from home and we trust her completely in our home. Great character and wonderful person. We will miss Darby as she returns to her studies.
