Caring for children has always been my passion - I've been working with kids since I was 11 years old, starting with date-night babysitting and then teaching swim lessons to children ages 1-10 when I was just 12. I officially began nannying in 2013 and have loved every step of the journey since. Tracy started working with us as a full-time Nanny in 2023, and she has been a great blessing to our family ever since! Tracy is always on time, professional and personable, and is incredibly passionate about being the best Nanny. This is not a job to her, but a calling. She treats my children with respect, and is gentle yet firm when she needs to teach them how to be better humans. My children love and respect her dearly. She is really great at connecting with them and providing a safe space to talk through any problems they are having. Tracy is always looking for ways to enrich the children's lives, either through education or fun outings. She is an active participant in working as a team to solve any issues the kids are experiencing, and has strong communication skills. Furthermore, Tracy is adept at managing household tasks. She effortlessly juggles watching my three very energetic children and her young son (who my kids adore like he's their little brother). She can do it all! She is an excellent cook, is willing to clean and help with kids laundry, go on any needed grocery runs, shuttle kids to school and activities.
