With 10+ years of experience as a nanny, I specialize in providing nurturing, developmentally informed care that supports both children and their families. I've had the pleasure of working with families in a range of settings-sometimes with four children, sometimes with just one baby-and I always strive to bring a calm, patient, and attentive presence to the home.

I'm particularly passionate about fostering early communication, encouraging independent play, and creating a warm, engaging environment where infants can thrive. DJ is an amazing person who is reliable,  considerate and reasonable. He has a true gift and talent with children. 

DJ was a full time nanny to our son for 5 months while we were waiting to get into daycare. He started working with us when our son was 3 months old and I can't say enough good things about our time together. We continue to have DJ babysit for date nights, etc., and I wish we could have kept him on as our nanny forever.
Our son ADORES DJ. He lights up and giggles whenever he walks in. DJ has always met our son where he's at developmentally. From tummy time, to helping create a solid (and successful!) nap routine, to supporting independent play & exploration. They play music and sing together and DJ talks to our son all day. I work from home and love hearing them chat and laugh back and forth.
DJ has always been respectful towards our family, our time and our wishes with regards to our son. He's always in communication, letting us know about diaper rash flaring up, sending pictures throughout the day, or notes about what worked/didn't work with some new thing we're trying. DJ has always felt like part of the team with our son and that has been so important to us.
If you're thinking about hiring DJ, absolutely go for it. He's amazing!

DJ was a wonderful nanny for our 14 month-old year old son over the past 4 months during a transition period while we were waiting to start daycare. DJ is warm, creative, engaging and fun (it’s very obvious how much fun our son has playing with him!) and is also thoughtful, responsible, professional, and highly communicative with us as parents. Our son has been struggling with a lot of separation anxiety (we’re both working from home, which made it trickier) and DJ handled it with incredible patience and calm, while collaborating with us to establish rhythms and strategies to help mitigate some of the issues. DJ is knowledgeable about early child development (he taught our baby signs to help him communicate and worked with him on gross motor skills in ways that are playful and fun) and is also very musical, which is a great bonus--they’ve had some great musical jam sessions together :) We’ve all had a lovely time getting to know DJ and having him in our home. We would enthusiastically recommend him to any family!

DJ has been a fantastic caregiver for our infant son. He is a natural caregiver, always attentive to our son's needs and mindful of when he gives cues for hunger, sleep, etc. Our son lights up when DJ is around—he felt comfortable with DJ right away. I think this was likely due to DJ's happy, patient, and kind demeanor. I always felt comfortable leaving Lindsay with DJ because I knew that DJ would be communicative about what was going on with our son and has always been very careful with him, prioritizing safety. I feel so lucky that we found DJ - we would have kept him on as our nanny if we weren't moving!

DJ is fantastic. A really wonderful person, and an incredibly thoughtful carer. He has been taking care of our son several days a week since our child was around 3 months old, and has been incredible with him. DJ is very professional to work with, and has made the process of organizing care incredibly easy. He has also been incredible with our son, who loves spending time with him. We recommend him incredibly highly. 

DJ was an incredible addition to our family. He watched our daughter from the age of 14 months to 19 months when we first moved to Rhode Island and we were so lucky to have found him. DJ was dependable, thoughtful, and kind, and it felt easy and comfortable to integrate him into our family life. While caring for our daughter, I had 100% confidence in his abilities and I knew I could trust him. He did a great job working with our toddler in an age-appropriate manner. For example, he supported our daughter with naming and processing her emotions, nurtured her musical interests, and he focused on increasing her vocabulary when she was a bit behind in language development. One thing I really appreciated about DJ was his communication; he was proactive about asking questions and checking in. Even though our daughter has moved on to daycare, we still plan to have DJ babysit for us. We can't imagine not having him in our daughter's life! We highly recommend him!

DJ watched our daughter from 5 months to 19 months before he moved to RI and we were so lucky to have found him! He's exceptional with kids and just a really good person - the type of person you want your children learning from. He follows their leads, is creative, very musically talented and very loving. Our daughter still loves to FaceTime with him and talks about him all the time!

DJ is literally the best thing that's happened to our family since our daughter was born in early 2021.  He truly loves her, and his work caring for her was incredible from day 1.  Our daughter is OBSESSED with DJ and he has taught her so many amazing qualities.  She has developed into an awesome toddler in part due to the care and support from DJ.  

DJ is always going to put your kid first, and he can always be relied on to provide 100% thoughtfulness and care.  We miss him so so so much but are so happy we got to have him for over 1 year or our daughters life. 

I could go on and on about DJ's amazing qualities.  Anyone DJ nannies for will be super lucky to have him
