Hello, my name is Daniel . Thank you for taking a look into my bio. For the past four years as a Certified Home Health Aide, I've provided compassionate care to patients with serious health challenges. In my first year, I supported a stroke patient with daily tasks (bathing, dressing, mobility exercises), medication management, vital sign monitoring, and collaboration with physical therapists, while offering emotional support. For the next three years, I cared for a dementia patient, handling personal care, tailored meals, safe environment maintenance, medication administration, agitation-soothing techniques, memory activities, family/provider communication, and behavior/health documentation. My resilient, empathetic approach ensured stability, dignity, and profound impact for both patients. I am interested in a long term position (multiple years) and preferably being a live in aide.
