Daniella, in all the 24 years that I have known her, has been a genuinely loving, caring, capable, self-disciplined, and knowledgeable caregiver. Since the start, and well before the birth of our son, I found that she was always acquiring new knowledge and experiences to continually strengthen her care-giving foundation. She has always demonstrated to me a sense of self-improvement through reflection, education, and proactive analysis. Likewise, Daniella has the innate capacity to lovingly support age-appropriate growth and development to all of her children in her charge.
