We absolutely love Hailey and still use her to babysit our two kids (1 & 5). We were incredibly fortunate to have Hailey nanny for our daughter from the time she was 4 months old through 18 months, and we truly cannot say enough wonderful things about her. She quickly became more than a nanny — she feels like a member of our family. Our daughter absolutely adores her, and it’s been amazing to watch the bond they’ve built. In such a short amount of time, she has taught her so many things and supported her development in ways that exceeded our expectations. She is reliable, responsible, and an excellent communicator, which gave us complete peace of mind as parents. Most importantly, she has a genuine heart of gold and cares deeply for the children she works with. We would recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking for a nanny. Any family would be so lucky to have her.
