Experienced RBT | Special Needs Childcare | Babysitting & Academic Support Hello! I'm an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and psychology student at Florida International University, with an Associate of Arts degree in Psychology. I have professional experience working with children and adolescents, including individuals with autism, ADHD, and behavioral challenges. My background includes positive reinforcement, communication support, structured activities, daily routines, social skills, and academic assistance. As a mother of three, I understand how important it is for families to find someone patient, dependable, compassionate, and attentive to their children's individual needs. I offer special needs childcare, occasional babysitting, evening and weekend care, homework assistance, and elementary academic support. My goal is to provide a safe, positive, and engaging environment while giving parents peace of mind.

As Danica’s coworker and fellow RBT, I’ve seen her exceptional skills and love for children firsthand. She is patient, compassionate, and creative, making learning fun and motivating children to grow. She listens to parents with understanding and is always eager to help. I’ve witnessed significant progress in her clients’ behavior and learning, and how happy their parents are with her care. Her passion for helping children succeed shines through. I highly recommend her!
