About Danica

Hi! I'm a 21-year-old caregiver currently in school to become a teacher. I have experience working with children from toddler age up to 13, and I especially enjoy caring for younger kids. I've worked as a lifeguard and swim instructor and have nannied for four families outside of teaching swim lessons, so safety and routine are always a priority for me. I'm soft-spoken, calm, and not easily frazzled. I prefer a less screen-focused approach and love reading, storytelling, crafts, baking, pretend play, and other hands-on activities. I'm happy to help with any chores needed and value open communication with families. Most importantly, I'm looking for a family that's a great fit - I truly enjoy working with children and creating a safe, creative space for them to learn and grow.
