Caring for elders is one of the great joys of my life. I offer companionship, meal prep + cooking, light housekeeping, medication reminders, bathing & hygiene, fall risk + mobility support, post-surgery & transfer assistance, incontenence care, reliable transport to appointments & outings, + pet care. I am CPR/AED + First Aid Certified and also experienced with memory care & specialty cases. Someone who has lived 7+ decades carries a lifetime of wisdom & stories that deserve to be heard, and being let into this chapter is no small thing to be trusted with. I love stimulating conversations & can bring art + crafting activities into the home. Watching someone explore their creativity is one of my favorite things. I love getting people out too - galleries, gardens, a slow drive somewhere lovely. I am adaptable, empathetic, and love to laugh.
