I love helping out seniors. I have worked several years with seniors and persons with dementia I'd describe my personality as friendly, kind, respectful. I like caring for seniors because it's been a passion of mine to give them the respect and kindness they deserve. I feel that sometimes older persons get dismissed and not treated respectfully. I'm looking for a job that allows me to be a help to that individual and their family. The position might be companion care for someone who needs someone to talk to them or play games with them or keeping an eye on them while allowing family members to be free to do other things. I started caring for seniors in 2008 when I had a position as activity assistant at an assisted living and memory care facility.
