hi I'm Damon I'm a compassionate and caring individual. I have worked with the developmentally disabled population for nine years in various aspects and settings. my goal is to provide the best quality of life for the individuals I support. I like caring for people with special needs because I feel as though it gives me a purpose. In my spare time, I like to hang out with my 82-year-old grandmother and take my dog to the dog park.
