About Damis

I'm a mama of two and a wrangler of many, bringing a calm, steady presence to the children and families I support. I've worked in daycares and cared for children of all ages, from infants to teens. I'm CPR certified and confident handling everything from daily routines and meals to playtime and bedtime. I believe in nurturing kids' curiosity and creativity while offering consistency and care. Whether it's imaginative play, exploring outdoors, or keeping things running smoothly at home, I bring patience, reliability, and heart to my work. A few of the things that bring me joy are singing (alone or in groups), making (and wearing) costumes, and traveling to new bodies of water. While all wild waters feed my soul, the shores of Lake Superior are my favorite place to be.
