We were grateful to have Daisy care for our toddler for 5 weeks and during that time, she was warm, engaging, and attentive. Unfortunately, she left the position without notice, we were surprised and disappointed despite our request for one to two weeks’ advance notice to accommodate our work obligations. While we understand that life can be unpredictable, clearer communication would have helped us better prepare and ease our child through the transition.
