We hired Dahlia for 5 weeks, however she quit via a text message at the end of week 2, with no notice. During the time she did work (2 weeks), she was responsible, punctual, and took great care of our child. However, the lack of notice is the reason for the low rating as it was very disappointing and made it very difficult to make alternate childcare arrangements at the last minute with no advance notice.
