Hi! My name is DaChar, an English tutor and field hockey coach with a strong background in both academics and athletics. I earned my BA in Strategic Communication from Howard University and my Master's in Integrated Communication from Virginia Commonwealth University. I've worked as a teaching assistant at the undergraduate level for one year and also tutored elementary school English, helping young learners build confidence in reading, writing, and language skills. In addition to academics, I offer field hockey training. I played for four years at the high school and club levels, and I served as the head JV coach and assistant varsity coach at King George High School for a season. I love helping students grow, whether that's improving their English skills or developing strong fundamentals on the field!
