About Dachar

Hi! My name is DaChar, and I'm a 23-year-old graduate student pursuing my MA in Integrated Communication at VCU (virtually) after earning my BA in Communications from Howard University. I've cared for children since my younger siblings were born, sparking a passion that led me to roles as a childcare teacher, a provider aide at Dahlgren Naval Base, and a Group Leader at KIPP Shaw Elementary. I've also nannied and babysat for over 16 kids, including twins, ranging from ages 0-12. Currently, I am seeking a career in public affairs and government, which can be a lengthy process. I believe in being transparent and want to share that while I have full-time availability now, my schedule may change if I secure a position. I understand how important stability and consistency are for children and their families, and I will always communicate openly to ensure the best experience for you and your little ones.
