About Migdalia

Who am I? My name is Migdalia and I am currently 35 years old. Childcare has been my passion since I was a young child and I've been working with children for over 10+ years. My Experience: I've been working with children since I was in high school. I've worked in daycares and women shelters in NYC and when I moved to North Carolina 7 years ago I worked in the daycare system before transitioning in to private nanny. I have experience in: Cloth diapering, pace feeding, sleep training, meal prep, playground safety, multiple children, potty training, etc. Why Switch from Lead teaching to being a Nanny? Although I loved Lead Teaching with multiple children, I loved the direct care of individual children more. I loved being able to work one on one with 1 child or 2 children closely. I love being able to proactively work independently with a child on his or her specific milestones vs. being spread thin with 5-8 children. Looking for VACCINATED FAMILIES ONLY PLEASE!
