We have just hired Cynthia to be our regular date night babysitter. We are happy to have met her. She arrived on time, engaged immediately with our 12 month old son, but knew when to back off when he started having some separation issues. The house was clean and the dishes washed when we returned. Our son seemed so happy to play with her, and she didn't hesitate to get down on the ground and interact with him. We look forward to having Cynthia work for us again and again in the future.
