Bringing comfort and support to seniors is my calling. With five years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant, I'm passionate about helping adults maintain their independence and well-being. My approach is rooted in patience, empathy, and a friendly demeanor. I'm skilled in adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion or behavioral changes with compassion. I prioritize understanding each individual's preferences and personal history to build a strong connection. I provide transportation, run errands, assist with light housekeeping, and prepare meals. I keep families informed with verbal updates, regular texts, or phone calls, always following their preferred communication method. I am CPR and First Aid trained. I have some college experience. Being bilingual allows me to connect with a wider range of individuals. Knowing I can make someone's day a little brighter is why I love what I do.
